Used as a washer/spacer to fill the bottom hole of a tripod. Different sized steps on either side make it possible to fit a variety of tripods. Usually used in combination with a long tie-down. Can have a variety of used when making customized camera rigs. Every Camera Dolly Kit should have one in their Tool Kit.
